The enquiry forms ask for information such as your name, contact details, organisation and requirements. Provide only the information needed to explain your enquiry.

How email requests work

Submitting a form prepares an email draft. Your entries are sent to this website to validate and prepare that draft. They are not saved in an enquiry database by this website. You must open, review and send the draft in your email app to contact us.

If you send the email, the information is shared through your email provider with Bengal Systems at info@bengalsystems.in so our team can respond.

The floating Quick Contact form prepares its draft entirely in your browser. It does not send your form entries to this website. As with other draft requests, you choose whether to send the email from your own email app.

Customer account access

The Customer Login page helps you request an existing portal link. It does not collect or authenticate passwords. Sign-in and password recovery take place in the separate customer portal provided to your organisation.

Essential website sessions

Form pages use a session cookie to help check that a submission belongs to the form you opened. This is used for the form's operation, rather than advertising.

External resources

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts that provider when loading those resources. Your hosting provider may also maintain ordinary web-server access logs.
